April is a time when most college students sometimes go on spring trip or have fun holidays, usually taking a number of days to per week off from college. Many will spend their break having fun with the downtime by lounging round the home watching tv or taking part in video video games. Few obligations and no plans often imply boredom units in, which might result in pointless snacking and little to no exercise.
